Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized logistics partner location across Vietnam.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
